At VIBRNT, every item is made to order and printed just for you. Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has a printing error, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vibrnt.ai. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once we confirm the defect, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to ship the item back to us.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet entered production. Please contact us at support@vibrnt.ai as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Sizing
All of our products include a size guide on the product page. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering, as we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing preference on made-to-order items.
Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location once shipped. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
Free shipping is available on US orders over $100.
